Erin MacKenzie-Walberg

Registered  Massage Therapist, C.H.N, Rapid NFR Specialist

Erin has been studying Whole Body Health since 2002. For the last 15 years she has been working as a Integrative Therapeutic Massage Therapist incorporating the modalities of Craniosacral Therapy, Visceral Manipulation, Reiki and Reflexology and others into her massage treatments with amazing results. In 2008 she graduated with Distinction from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition receiving an Honors diploma in Holistic Nutrition. She has since been working with both massage and nutrition clients to improve both their physical and nutritional well-being.

Erin developed a passion for Holistic Nutrition early in her massage career when she began to notice so many of her regular clients who were coming in with pain and inflammation, also happened to have similar diets and nutritional deficiencies. She felt as though she had found a missing link in whole health. After the birth of her daughter in 2011 Erin found herself in a state of depression, anxiety and unease that had a very dark insidious impact on her health and well-being. As her energy and mental well-being began to dwindle, so did her nutritional focus and her self-care. At the beginning of 2015, she hit a turning point beginning her own Journey back to Well-Being. Since then, the focus of her practice has been that of Self-Care and Self-Love, inspiring her clients to incorporate body work, nutrition, mindfulness and gratitude into their daily lifestyle routines. Erin is now a passionate self-love and body positivity advocate, mom, wife, RMT, nutrition practitioner & educator, meditation teacher and entrepreneur and is absolutely honored to be part of your health journey.

She is educated in reflexology, hot stone, and myofascial cupping.

Danielle loves being in nature and is excited to find new paths and adventures in the river valley. She also tries to go to the mountains to hike and relax as often as possible.
